TL;DR

Client Success Account Manager (B2B): Managing a portfolio of large and complex accounts to drive business results through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renegotiation. Focus on building deep relationships with HR decision-makers and C-level executives to enhance client engagement and evolve the hirify.global product experience.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid/Remote options available).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales plans for a portfolio of large, complex B2B clients.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle, including contract renewals, expansions, and annual negotiations.
  • Partner with client HR and decision-makers to foster deep connections between their leadership and hirify.global.
  • Collaborate with product management by providing actionable client feedback and requirements.
  • Drive business growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
  • Solid experience in a client-facing role managing large, complex portfolios.
  • Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail.
