What you will do

• Manage B2B business outcomes and cross-functional teams across Brazil, Mexico, and NSC.
• Lead commercial, channel, and alliance strategies to drive market share and account penetration.
• Establish and nurture high-level relationships with enterprise clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Develop regional playbooks for sales and go-to-market strategies aligned with global goals.
• Oversee forecasting, performance analysis, and B2B sales pipeline management.
• Manage budget, P&L, and financial KPIs to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior B2B leadership roles within technology, IT, or consulting sectors.
• Strong background in regional multicountry management and talent development.
• Proven expertise in consultative sales with large accounts, channel development, and strategic partnerships.
• Advanced knowledge of LATAM regional dynamics including legislation, taxes, and macroeconomic environment.
• Fluent English required; advanced/fluent Spanish highly recommended.
• Availability for frequent travel and regional engagement.
