What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end supplier payment processing, including invoice validation, accrual tracking, and PO compliance in Oracle.
• Establish and maintain project budgets, producing monthly forecast variance analyses and YTD budget comparisons.
• Manage the change control process, evaluating the revenue and cost impacts of both customer and supplier change orders.
• Coordinate with project leadership and site teams to provide financial insights and cost-to-complete evaluations.
• Maintain a comprehensive change register and ensure all approvals comply with corporate commercial governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
• 7+ years of experience in cost control, project controls, or project finance within the engineering, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex forecasting models.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 20%.
