Compensation: $240,000 – $305,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and own the marketing attribution framework to connect programs to pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to analyze pipeline generation by segment, vertical, and region.
• Build and maintain core performance dashboards for ROI, funnel velocity, and lead quality.
• Develop data-driven ICP scoring and account prioritization models using intent signals.
• Design and execute rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across marketing channels.
• Define lead management and routing logic to minimize friction and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in marketing analytics and operations.
• Deep expertise in attribution modeling and revenue measurement for enterprise sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern data stacks like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data narratives to C-suite stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
