What you will do

• Provide consultative support to leadership for the implementation of operational strategies and programs.
• Oversee workstreams to develop and manage operational processes, policies, and procedures.
• Manage small to medium-scale projects to ensure on-time and budget-compliant delivery of services.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to provide trends, ROI measurements, and decision support for leadership.
• Partner with Regional Patient Access and Health Informatics to resolve pre-registration and financial clearance gaps.
• Collaborate with front office and billing teams to improve performance through root cause analysis and action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or 7-10 years of professional billing experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ASC's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
• Experience with electronic practice management systems.
• Knowledge of managed care, insurance practices, and billing processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Healthcare certifications such as MA, MGMA, or AAPC.
• Six Sigma or LEAN certification.
• Previous leadership experience in a related operational area.
