What you will do
- Own the end-to-end member eligibility process, including RTE verification via ANSI X12 270/271 transactions.
- Oversee the accuracy of claims preparation and submission across all product lines to ensure timely filing.
- Manage provider and program credentialing and payer enrollment to prevent claim denials.
- Recruit and develop a team of RCM staff, establishing SOPs and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with Engineering to automate billing trigger data flow and implement claim scrubbing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience with a focus on front-end functions.
- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 EDI transactions (270/271, 837, 835).
- Experience with Athena Health or comparable practice management/claims systems.
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships with Client Success, Engineering, and clinical teams.
- Must be based in the USA (excluding restricted states mentioned above).

- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or value-based care environments.
- Proactive use of AI tools to improve individual output and efficiency.
