What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Customer Billing Advocates and A/R Specialists, managing workloads and performance.
• Analyze denial trends using DocVocate to implement long-term solutions and minimize aging A/R.
• Manage client escalations, addressing concerns within 48 hours and implementing processes to prevent recurring errors.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and CSM teams to ensure high service levels across the client base.
• Develop and manage new customer onboarding and implementation procedures.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience.
• 3–5 years of insurance billing experience.
• Strong leadership, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• 5–10 years of insurance billing experience.
• Experience with billing software such as Kareo or Azalea.
