What you will do

  • Lead total rewards planning processes to identify and articulate significant risks and opportunities.
  • Design and administer compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentives and executive compensation.
  • Collaborate with the board's consultant to recommend pay adjustments, bonus levels, and equity award guidelines.
  • Direct the job architecture program to ensure salary structures are aligned with market pricing and company philosophy.
  • Partner with legal and accounting to prepare the CD&A for the annual proxy and monitor equity plan payouts.
  • Develop and execute a global benefits strategy to attract and retain talent across international locations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in compensation and benefits roles, with at least 5 years in a top leadership position.
  • Proven experience leading teams at a multibillion-dollar public company with a global footprint.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience designing executive compensation programs and presenting to a Board of Directors.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation regulatory, compliance, and legislative issues.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desired.
