What you will do
- Act as a strategic compensation advisor to Heads of Compensation and senior People leaders on complex initiatives.
- Guide customers in embedding market data and AI agents into live compensation workflows and strategic projects.
- Drive adoption, trust, and confidence in ’s data, methodologies, and AI-driven logic.
- Own outcomes across a customer portfolio, including adoption milestones and workflow transformation.
- Translate real-world customer patterns and friction points into actionable product feedback for engineering teams.
- Partner with product teams to ensure solutions reflect practical compensation decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting, program management, or as a compensation lead.
- Strong command of job architecture, leveling, market benchmarking, and pay philosophies.
- Ability to interpret complex market and internal data and evaluate strategic trade-offs.
- Proven solution-oriented mindset for turning ambiguous challenges into actionable outcomes.
- Experience engaging stakeholders from compensation teams through executive leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work from Orange County, Denver, or San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience working with enterprise or high-growth technology nies.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and curiosity about modernizing compensation workflows.
- Experience influencing product strategy and roadmaps through customer insights.
- Background managing a portfolio of customers with a focus on scalability and repeatability.
