What you will do

  • Own and execute the end-to-end compensation cycle, including modeling increases, promotions, and budget tracking.
  • Build and maintain scalable compensation bands and benchmarking frameworks.
  • Design advanced People Analytics to drive workforce insights for the CPO and Board of Directors.
  • Consolidate and structure people data across HRIS, ATS, and Finance systems.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize analytics workflows and reduce manual modeling.
  • Partner with Finance on headcount planning and scenario modeling.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or People Analytics, preferably in SaaS.
  • Direct experience owning at least one full compensation cycle.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex modeling and data cleaning.
  • Experience delivering executive-level analytics and board-level materials.
  • Must be based in the US

Nice to have

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
  • Workday or other HRIS system certifications.
  • Formal training in data analytics, BI, or AI automation.
