What you will do

• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs across technical, go-to-market, and business operations teams.
• Translate high-level company strategies and goals into structured, executable programs and roadmaps.
• Identify risks early and resolve blockers across multiple functions to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage communication and drive alignment with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Implement governance frameworks and design processes to increase delivery effectiveness and transparency.
• Utilize data and program metrics to monitor progress and support organizational decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience leading strategic, company-wide initiatives.
• Proven ability to independently manage large programs end-to-end across multiple business domains.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Asana, or equivalent.
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of tailoring messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United States; no visa sponsorship is provided.
