What you will do

• Drive planning and execution across design, product, and engineering teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks by clarifying scope and removing blockers.
• Create schedules, set goals, and track milestones at the project and portfolio level.
• Maintain team-level bookkeeping to ensure efficient sprint operations.
• Report project progress and goals to appropriate stakeholders.
• Optimize processes related to planning, execution, and long-term roadmap management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.
• Strong experience with Agile SDLC and cloud-based service-oriented architectures.
• Proven ability to dive deeply into technical problems and leverage data for solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
