Salary: $87,400 – $276,500 USD

What you will do

  • Win new business, drive pipeline, and build trust-based relationships with HLS customers.
  • Partner closely with Salesforce sales and customer success organizations, including Core AEs and SEs.
  • Act as the primary "quarterback" between customers, Salesforce, and internal teammates.
  • Achieve sales targets and acquire new logos as a quota-carrying performer.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and the CEO to capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Manage lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience with a focus on large Services accounts.
  • 2-3+ years of experience selling software specifically to Health and Life Sciences companies.
  • Strong network with channel partners and experience selling end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Proven ability to sell complex technology solutions and maintain a strong executive presence.
  • B.A./B.S. degree.
  • Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
