TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Healthcare SaaS): Managing and expanding client relationships within the US Great Lakes territory to optimize the use of hirify.global’s healthcare solutions with an accent on client retention, adoption, and strategic account planning. Focus on conducting business reviews, mitigating churn, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize subscription value.

Location: Remote (Canada). Requires travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City offices for events and 25-50% travel to client locations in the US Great Lakes territory.

Salary: $85,500 - $95,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Build and expand C-suite and functional relationships across client organizations to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic Success Plans to align client objectives with PCC solutions.
  • Conduct business reviews with key decision-makers to drive adoption and increase product value.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and uncover potential sales expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop turnaround strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Advocate for customers internally to ensure their requests are prioritized and addressed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Customer Success role managing a book of business within the healthcare SaaS space.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and/or Gainsight.
  • Proven track record of sustaining growth and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability for 25-50% travel to client locations and corporate offices.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Domain knowledge of long-term post-acute care.
  • Experience building relationships with executives.
