What you will do
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team to achieve pipeline generation goals.
- Coach and mentor SDRs and junior leaders to facilitate their career progression and improve performance.
- Develop and implement programs to optimize SDR effectiveness and pipeline quality.
- Collaborate with regional Sales Directors and Growth/Revenue Operations teams on campaign and event strategies.
- Analyze key metrics to refine lead qualification and prospect engagement strategies for long-term success.
- Manage the hiring, onboarding, and performance of SDR and leadership talent.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months experience as Manager, Sales Development at with performance ratings of 3+.
- Most recent performance rating must be at least 4.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline through inbound and outbound channels.
- Strong sales acumen, with experience in a closing role strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and similar tech stacks.
- Application and CV must be submitted in English.
