What you will do

• Partner with sales leadership to identify productivity opportunities and present actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to optimize revenue and elevate go-to-market execution.
• Contribute to global process and workflow improvement projects within revenue operations.
• Lead annual planning activities, including territory mapping, quota assignment, and organizational management.
• Drive operational excellence in forecasting and GTM processes using SFDC, Tableau, and Clari.
• Develop executive-level presentations and scalable business playbooks in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting or revenue/sales operations.
• Strong working experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Mexico.
