What you will do
- Build and maintain dashboards for key SaaS metrics including ARR, bookings, pipeline, churn, and retention.
- Analyze full-funnel GTM performance from marketing acquisition through to customer renewal and expansion.
- Monitor pipeline health and flag early signals of risk or opportunity to Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Support territory planning, capacity modeling, and forecast analysis through structured data modeling.
- Manage BI tools and Salesforce reporting to identify data quality issues and improve accuracy.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, BI, or GTM Analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for data modeling and analysis.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
