Focus on designing and executing integrated ABX campaigns targeting hirify.global’s products, personas, and verticals, leading hirify.global’s approach to AI and LLM-era search visibility, and ensuring paid media operates at the frontier of AI-native performance.

Location: Hybrid with a preference for working in office a few days a week.

Salary: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD per year

What you will do

  • Design and own hirify.global’s ABX campaign architecture across products, personas, and verticals.
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-touch campaigns leveraging paid media, email, content, social, and ABM platforms.
  • Own the hirify.global website as a demand generation and conversion asset, driving CRO strategy, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Lead hirify.global’s strategy for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring hirify.global is visible and favorably represented when buyers query AI assistants.
  • Oversee and evolve hirify.global’s paid media program with an AI-native lens, integrating paid media into the ABX motion using intent data, account lists, and buying group targeting.
  • Define and track KPIs across campaign performance, website conversion, paid efficiency, and LLM/AI search visibility.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to design and manage ABX campaign systems across products, personas, and verticals.
  • Hands-on experience owning a B2B website as a conversion asset, including CRO, landing page strategy, and analytics instrumentation.
  • Fluency in AI-driven paid media platforms with a creative strategy and signal-quality orientation.
  • Genuine engagement with the AEO, GEO, and LLM visibility landscape.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau or equivalent).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with customer experience solutions (e.g., Mobile Wallet, Push Notifications, SMS, Email).
  • Experience targeting senior-level personas such as VP CRM, Head of Loyalty, or Digital Directors.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific marketing for verticals like Retail, Media, and Travel.
  • Experience building or transitioning to AI-augmented marketing workflows.
  • Comfort conducting LLM visibility audits and developing recommendations from findings.
