Salary: USD $80,000 – $130,000 / CAD $75,000 – $115,000

What you will do
- Own the operational lifecycle of the company's video series, including production cadence and guest pipeline.
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across the website, social media, and founder communications.
- Manage LinkedIn distribution using clips, posts, and supercuts tailored for a professional B2B audience.
- Produce written content such as show notes, newsletter copy, and guest bios.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and external production partners to ensure effective distribution.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in brand, content, marketing, or media production.
- Must be based in New York City, Toronto, or the East Coast of the US/Canada.
- Proven fluency with LinkedIn as a B2B platform for professional industries.
- Ability to brief editors, QA cuts, and write hooks for short-form vertical video formats.
- Sharp written communication skills with the ability to adapt and maintain a specific brand voice.
- Fluency with modern AI tools for content production and operations.
Nice to have
- Direct experience producing or operating a B2B video podcast.
- Experience in B2G, government, or otherwise regulated industries.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Background in AI, B2B SaaS, or workforce development.
