What you will do

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to identify, qualify, and drive revenue opportunities at Enterprise accounts.
  • Lead the technical evaluation process and serve as a trusted advisor to customers' technical teams.
  • Design and showcase tailored solutions based on unique customer requirements, workflows, and business process needs.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous sales cycles, prioritizing stakeholder communication effectively.
  • Provide market insights and potential findings to the product team to inform the roadmap.
  • Translate the value of technical tooling into business language for decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS Pre-Sales and 10+ years of overall industry experience.
  • Proven track record of managing sales cycles and owning the technical evaluation process.
  • Strong understanding of relational database architecture and data structuring best practices.
  • Deep technical knowledge of enterprise integration methodologies and API architecture.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code application lifecycles throughout the customer journey.

Nice to have

  • hirify.global knowledge or professional certification.
  • Experience with "Command of the Message" methodology.
  • Knowledge of complementary technologies, including data warehousing and AI systems.
