What you will do
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to identify, qualify, and drive revenue opportunities at Enterprise accounts.
- Lead the technical evaluation process and serve as a trusted advisor to customers' technical teams.
- Design and showcase tailored solutions based on unique customer requirements, workflows, and business process needs.
- Manage multiple simultaneous sales cycles, prioritizing stakeholder communication effectively.
- Provide market insights and potential findings to the product team to inform the roadmap.
- Translate the value of technical tooling into business language for decision-makers.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS Pre-Sales and 10+ years of overall industry experience.
- Proven track record of managing sales cycles and owning the technical evaluation process.
- Strong understanding of relational database architecture and data structuring best practices.
- Deep technical knowledge of enterprise integration methodologies and API architecture.
- Experience with low-code/no-code application lifecycles throughout the customer journey.
Nice to have
- knowledge or professional certification.
- Experience with "Command of the Message" methodology.
- Knowledge of complementary technologies, including data warehousing and AI systems.
