Location: Must be based in New York City

Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and scale inbound and outbound pipeline generation and qualification across the BDR team.
  • Create structured GTM motions, improving workflows and systems to increase rep productivity.
  • Drive an AI-first approach to prospecting by leveraging automation and modern GTM tooling.
  • Hire, coach, and develop BDR talent, with a specific focus on promoting top performers into AE roles.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on ICP strategy, messaging, and pipeline priorities.
  • Own KPIs and reporting for SQOs, conversion rates, and attainment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR or pipeline generation leadership in high-growth enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and experience supporting enterprise-focused teams.
  • Strong track record of hiring and developing BDR talent.
  • Data-driven operator with experience using AI and automation to improve GTM performance.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management.
  • Location: Must be based in New York City

  • Experience in Healthcare, EMR, or RCM.
