What you will do

• Own pipeline creation targets for inbound SDR motions across mid-market, digital natives, and downmarket segments.
• Optimize conversion rates from lead to meeting, meeting to qualified opportunity, and opportunity to pipeline.
• Define and manage SDR prioritization, routing SLAs, qualification standards, and follow-up quality.
• Partner with GTM Growth to build and deploy agentic and automation workflows to improve speed and personalization.
• Manage performance across SDR teams, managers, vendors, and tooling.
• Drive an experimentation roadmap across messaging, segmentation, scoring, channels, and automation.

Requirements

• Experience owning SDR, demand response, pipeline generation, or growth operations targets.
• Strong command of inbound funnel mechanics and scaled outbound systems.
• Ability to utilize AI, automation, and data to enhance GTM performance.
• Experience translating high-level strategy into operating rhythms, dashboards, and execution.
• Proven track record of cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and RevOps.
• Must be located in San Francisco.
