Salary: $107,000–$135,000 (base) + commission

What you will do

  • Sell consulting services for implementing, optimizing, and expanding HCM, Payroll, and ERP platforms within the Healthcare sector.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for Enterprise and Mid-Market hospitals and long-term care providers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Clinical leadership.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand healthcare-specific challenges, including staffing shortages, scheduling pressure, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with delivery leaders to create solution scopes, business cases, and long-term transformation roadmaps.
  • Maintain disciplined opportunity management and forecasting accuracy within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, enterprise solution selling, or professional services sales.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executive-level engagement.
  • Experience selling HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or ERP solutions.
  • Strong preference for experience selling into Healthcare (Hospitals, Acute, Post-Acute, Long-Term Care).
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of union and non-union labor environments and multi-state regulations.
