Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage the national SDR/BDR team, conducting regular 1:1s, cold calling coaching, and group training sessions.
- Develop and iterate on the SDR/BDR playbook, including outreach sequences, talk tracks, and onboarding curriculum.
- Own pipeline targets and success metrics, ensuring team accountability through structured performance management.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and maintain workflows in Gong Engage.
- Hire and onboard new team members, identifying skill gaps and creating development plans for career growth.
- Champion a strong in-office culture, serving as an energizing presence to motivate the team.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of SDR or sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead or management capacity.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets and managing performance.
- Experience building structure and process in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong ability to deliver candid feedback and navigate difficult conversations.
- Genuine commitment to in-person collaboration and fostering office culture.
- Experience hiring and onboarding sales development representatives.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Gong Engage.
- Previous experience in the K-12 EdTech sector.
