Salary: $182,000–$230,000

What you will do

• Direct sub-assembly, assembly, and test teams to meet corporate business objectives.
• Achieve world-class quality metrics and ensure strict compliance with ISO standards.
• Take direct accountability for on-time shipments and customer commitments.
• Establish budgets, resource plans, and roadmaps for productivity and continuous improvement.
• Lead quality investigations using structured problem-solving and 8D analysis.
• Develop and mentor staff to foster a high-performance culture and ensure long-term organizational health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in an operations leadership role managing large organizations (>30 people).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Jose, CA.
• Proficiency in Quality Management techniques including Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, and 8D.
• Strong financial background and business acumen with experience in data analytics and statistical process control.
• Experience with complex capital equipment manufacturing, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

Nice to have

• Design for Manufacturability (DfM) training or experience.
• Experience with SAP and world-class MES systems.
