Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop plant tracking methods for quantity, quality, cost, safety, and performance goals.
• Manage capital and operating budgets and ensure compliance with expense targets.
• Coordinate production operations, business-unit structures, and strategic alignment.
• Lead subordinate teams, optimize operational profitability, and provide training.
• Develop facility cost-target strategies and coordinate execution.
• Coordinate hiring and placement with HR while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated staff leadership experience.
• Experience with Vantage, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR regulations.
