Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $124,000–$171,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design and analyze complex process engineering experiments and compile technical reports.
• Perform hardware characterization on process engineering systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Measure film properties, interpret data, and generate product documentation and presentations.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve technical concerns.
• Implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation while supporting R&D projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara and travel up to 10% of the time.
