Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 + equity

What you will do

• Design analytical tools to evaluate delivery timelines, production capacity, and supply chain constraints.
• Lead the development and execution of production schedules and output targets across programs.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with validated milestone plans.
• Create process flow models to simulate production system behavior and align output with requirements.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to optimize production versus demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational systems and functional organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business discipline.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production or startup environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python/R for modeling dynamic systems.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and capacity planning.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Smartsheet or critical path tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI and discrete-event simulation.
• Background in Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in industrial or operations engineering.
