What you will do

• Drive process consistency and technical excellence across global manufacturing facilities to establish a "Gold Standard".
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for manufacturing operations across all product lines.
• Establish and drive key KPIs, including Safety, Quality (Yield/NCRs), Cost (COGS), and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Develop and maintain executable capacity models for custom, engineer-to-order (ETO) products.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Design Engineering, and Deployment teams to ensure manufacturability and successful site integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, ideally in modular construction, heavy electrical infrastructure, or data center systems.
• Proven expertise in capacity modeling, labor standards, and S&OP processes in high-mix/low-volume environments.
• Strong familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Lean Manufacturing methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Bellevue, WA or Arizona offices.
• Ability to travel globally approximately 20–30%.
