Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + equity

What you will do

• Drive improvements in PLM processes, system architecture, and vendor selection for NX and supported CAD systems.
• Collaborate with engineering users to develop and update tool customizations to enhance efficiency.
• Lead the development of common parts, features, templates, and best practices to ensure design consistency.
• Administer user access, permissions, and licensing for secure access to NX and Teamcenter.
• Monitor server and database performance in coordination with the IT team for long-term growth planning.
• Develop and deploy proprietary and 3rd party NX and Teamcenter tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting CAD/PLM for hardware engineering teams.
• Expertise in implementing CAD integration on Siemens NX and Teamcenter PLM.
• Experience developing tools, automations, and custom configurations in NX and Teamcenter.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of CAD modeling, drawing creation, and drafting processes.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" (citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) per ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Altium products and ECAD/MCAD collaboration.
• Knowledge of GD&T practical application and hardware inspections.
• Experience with NX Open, Oracle, or SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with MES, MRP, and other production systems.
• Experience with design for metallic machined, composite, and tooling structures.
