What you will do

• Lead the decommissioning of existing assets and installation of new equipment during the transition to the AIM facility.
• Manage project budgets using Earned Value (EV) metrics and serve as Cost Account Manager (CAM) to resolve budget discrepancies.
• Track part transitions between facilities and manage process prove-out timelines.
• Collaborate with design teams to prioritize and manage requests for models and drawings.
• Analyze legacy and new process data to evaluate performance improvements and quantify ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (technical degree not required).
• 3+ years of experience in project engineering, manufacturing, or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA and TeamCenter.
• Familiarity with Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value (EV) tracking.
• Ability to build custom reports using SQL and/or Power BI.
