What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across UK and European markets.
- Engage prospects via email, calls, and virtual meetings to position solutions effectively.
- Partner with SDRs to run sequences and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, lead generation, and messaging.
- Maintain accurate records and revenue forecasts within CRM systems.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a full-cycle sales or Account Executive role.
- 1+ year of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role.
- Proven track record of selling into UK and/or European markets.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment across time zones.
