What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition across the UK mid-to-large enterprise segment.
- Lead end-to-end, high-value sales cycles targeting CFOs, Finance Controllers, and IT stakeholders.
- Execute strategic account plans focused on pipeline velocity and quota attainment.
- Build senior executive relationships and act as a strategic advisor for digital transformation.
- Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools and methodologies like MEDDIC and Challenger.
- Collaborate with marketing (ABM), product, and pre-sales teams to create customized propositions.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in fintech, SaaS, ERP, or corporate payments.
- Track record of closing £100K+ ACV deals and exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to the UK mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Strong business acumen in finance, AP processes, and FX.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger) and CRM management.
