TL;DR

Software Sales Specialist (SaaS): Driving North America sales for Platform Prime through new customer acquisition and cross-selling with an accent on infrastructure software including JVM, OS, and Containers. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, coordinating technical POCs, and evangelizing solutions to enterprise stakeholders.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the United States. Ideally located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new Prime business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with existing Platform Core customers to identify business challenges and provide appropriate hirify.global solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, maintaining a 3X pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver clear product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and consistently close business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and outcomes within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of direct software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of selling on-premise, cloud, and SaaS solutions into large enterprises.
  • Experience in key verticals: online retail, e-commerce, ad-tech, gaming, and financial services.
  • Significant experience selling infrastructure products (OS, JVM, Container) rather than application-layer software.
  • Experience working in close partnership with Technical Sales Engineers to manage technical POCs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling enterprise products based on Java-based Open Source.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC deal qualification methodology.
