TL;DR

Sr. Enterprise Account Executive (Software): Driving revenue growth by selling enterprise-grade Java platform solutions to clients in the Northeast US region with an accent on managing complex, high-value sales cycles. Focus on building a robust pipeline, closing multi-million dollar deals, and collaborating with technical teams to win competitive opportunities.

Location: Must be based in the United States (preference for Boston, MA or Atlanta, GA area).

What you will do

  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to sell hirify.global Platform Core and Prime.
  • Prospect and collaborate with Lead Development Reps to foster new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a 3X quota pipeline to ensure consistent monthly and quarterly performance.
  • Close business deals ranging from entry-level to 7-figure enterprise contracts.
  • Win competitive deals by working closely with local Sales Engineers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling Enterprise Applications or DevOps in the Northeast US region.
  • Proven track record of closing both entry-level ($50K) and 7-figure deals.
  • Strong history of overachieving sales quotas and proven historical income.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Open Source software and the Java community.
  • Knowledge of middleware, big data technologies (Cassandra, Hadoop), and search engines (SOLR, Elastic).
