What you will do

• Support Solicitors in managing cases and preparing for meetings and hearings.
• Calculate special damages and conduct liability investigations.
• Review medical records and perform detailed legal research.
• Attend court and engage with clients, witnesses, experts, and Counsel.
• Contribute to marketing and business development activities.

Requirements

• Experience running or assisting with multi-track cases.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and civil litigation processes.
• Exceptional prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to construct clear and effective legal arguments.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Newcastle office.
