What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of complex injury lawyers.
• Manage a caseload of high-value complex injury claims, primarily RTA with some EL/PL exposure.
• Handle large loss cases valued between £250k and £1M+.
• Advise clients on indemnity, liability, quantum, and claims strategy.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key insurance clients and senior claims handlers.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and settlement conferences.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with strong defendant RTA experience.
• Proven track record handling high-value complex injury claims (£250k–£1M+).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.
• Strong advocacy skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to ensure compliance with SRA regulations and firm processes.
