What you will do

• Review documents, prepare reports, and manage disclosure processes.
• Analyze evidence, including medical and personnel records.
• Conduct investigations and obtain witness statements.
• Instruct Counsel and Experts and conduct legal research.
• Draft legal documents and attend conferences and trials.
• Liaise with insurers and ensure adherence to court timetables and the SRA Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in handling a range of mixed disease cases.
• Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and work under pressure to targets.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in IT.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Bolton, UK
