What you will do

• Manage a reduced caseload of litigated motor files and catastrophic injury cases.
• Conduct forensic review and analysis of legal documents, liability, and causation.
• Draft strategic legal advice and correspondence for clients, courts, and witnesses.
• Instruct medical experts and liaise directly with clients.
• Attend court proceedings and provide support to counsel.
• Assist with business development initiatives, including drafting articles and presentations.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with relevant legal experience.
• Proven experience in litigation.
• Strong forensic, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
