What you will do
- Develop and execute email campaign strategies aligned with acquisition and expansion goals.
- Build and optimize nurture programs tailored to funnel stage, persona, and behavioral signals.
- Manage end-to-end webinar logistics, including registration, technical setup, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner with the SDR team to optimize outbound cadences and lead follow-up sequences.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to share actionable insights with marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and marketing operations to maintain on-brand templates and automation workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B email or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
- Proven success in building and optimizing nurture programs that drive pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of email deliverability, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Must be based in the Continental United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales outreach platforms such as Gong Engage or Outreach.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms like Bizzabo, Zoom, Hopin, or ON24.
