What you will do

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and ABM platforms.
• Develop segmentation strategies and account-based marketing (ABM) programs using tools like 6sense.
• Manage budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing to maximize pipeline and ROI.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, SEO/Web, and Marketing Operations teams.
• Manage relationships and sponsorship strategies with industry publications and media partners.
• Analyze campaign performance and establish accurate conversion tracking and attribution.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, paid media, or demand generation.
• Must be based in the US.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and at least one other platform (Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic).
• Familiarity with ABM platforms like 6sense.
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
