TL;DR

Member Lifecycle Lead (Marketing): Developing and automating the member engagement ecosystem to drive acquisition and retention with an accent on trigger-based communication flows and data-driven performance. Focus on architecting end-to-end member journeys, optimizing Open Enrollment strategies, and establishing ROI attribution frameworks.

Location: Remote (US) — Must be based in the United States (E-Verify employer)

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000

What you will do

  • Architect sophisticated email campaigns and trigger-based flows within Braze, focusing on high-risk member outreach and operational messaging.
  • Own enrollment forecasting methodology, developing projections and tracking performance against benchmarks.
  • Lead marketing strategy in client meetings and collaborate with Client Success teams on engagement tactics.
  • Bridge Product and Communications by integrating clinical risk stratification and app-based interactions into marketing triggers.
  • Oversee the comprehensive Open Enrollment season strategy, including digital/print materials and on-site employer events.
  • Establish an attribution framework to measure the impact of member marketing on core clinical and financial KPIs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of using Braze or similar automation tools to drive conversion and retention.
  • Proficiency in Looker and Excel for pulling data and conducting A/B test analysis.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including PHI and Open Enrollment cycles.
  • Ability to balance strategic advisory for clients with technical execution of workflows.
  • Valid US work authorization (E-Verify employer).

Nice to have

  • Experience in content direction and communicating vision to contractors for digital and print assets.
  • Expertise in analyzing product value propositions to craft validated messaging.
