Implementation Consultant (SaaS): Leading the deployment of an AI-native procurement orchestration platform for enterprise clients with an accent on strategic configuration, workflow automation, and stakeholder management. Focus on driving successful product adoption, managing complex project timelines, and acting as a trusted advisor to cross-functional client teams.

Location: Must be based in New York and able to work in-person 3 days per week (Tue-Thu)

Salary: $120,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end deployment of the platform and strategic modules for enterprise customers.
• Consult with client stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT to build optimal workflows.
• Present value-focused demos and configure bespoke platform workflows to meet specific business needs.
• Act as a project manager to drive successful launches and achieve key deployment milestones.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product and engineering to prioritize roadmap features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, from analysts to C-level executives.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a top-tier, fast-paced environment such as startups, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven track record in a client-facing role with exceptional performance.
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly master new tools and processes.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Must be able to work in-person in New York on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
