Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $94,500–$126,000 base (OTE $194,500–$226,000)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers including superintendents and K-12 leadership.
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations to demonstrate platform value.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2-5+ years of closing sales experience in SaaS or education technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to K-12 school districts or in an education-focused environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel as required within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global’s platform.
