What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.
• Manage the martech stack, vendor relationships, and budgets for automation, CRM, attribution, and analytics tools.
• Build and refine scalable systems for campaign intake, execution, and lifecycle automation (email, nurture programs).
• Develop executive-level dashboards and attribution models to connect marketing activities directly to revenue outcomes.
• Lead AI-driven strategy and operational initiatives to enhance marketing productivity and personalization.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Marketing Operations team focused on operational rigor.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related functions.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, revenue funnels, and pipeline analytics.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation and cross-functional change management.
• Experience in the education technology industry is preferred.
