What you will do
- Build and own digital marketing programs including SEO, paid, email nurture, and ABM campaigns to create inbound pipeline.
- Develop and execute AI-assisted outbound sequences and partner co-marketing programs to drive market awareness.
- Own the category narrative and product positioning, creating buyer-enablement assets for complex 18-24 month buying cycles.
- Manage the annual event calendar and lead the strategic planning for the annual client conference.
- Modernize the marketing tech stack with AI-powered tools and manage the full marketing budget.
- Direct a network of agencies and contractors to build a content engine serving every stage of the buyer journey.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a director-level role with pipeline accountability.
- Proven track record of building inbound pipeline programs from scratch.
- Strong command of product marketing, including messaging architecture and competitive positioning.
- Expert proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing analytics tools.
- Must be based in North America (USA or Canada).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to government or utility buyers with long, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.
- Background in PE-backed, high-growth SaaS scale-up environments.
- Experience owning large-format annual client conferences and high-investment industry event programs.
- Familiarity with channel partner marketing models and partner-influenced pipeline reporting.
