TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies across multiple market segments.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive monitoring to inform new product innovation.
  • Develop compelling narratives and product messaging for various buying committees and user personas.
  • Oversee GTM plans for new product launches, including positioning, campaign strategy, and sales enablement.
  • Create high-impact marketing assets such as sales collateral, product playbooks, and messaging frameworks.
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a small team while identifying AI solutions to scale operational output.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on product marketing and team management experience.
  • Experience managing a multi-product B2B portfolio with unique personas.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading research initiatives and utilizing data-driven analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Must be based in the United States.
