What you will do

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns to penetrate high-value school districts across the U.S.
  • Experiment with messaging and sales sequences to optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define territory strategy and account prioritization.
  • Represent the company at conferences to support onsite prospecting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Extreme drive and grit with a passion for outbound sales and hunting for new opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an environment without an existing playbook.
  • Strong communication and questioning skills to capture attention and uncover pain points.
  • High level of organization and proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Coachability and a strong desire to improve and advance quickly.
