What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, MSAs, licensing, and partnership contracts.
• Manage the company's intellectual property strategy, covering trademarks, patents, copyright, and trade secrets.
• Ensure compliance with EU data privacy laws, including reviewing DPAs and GDPR frameworks.
• Develop and maintain scalable legal templates, negotiation playbooks, and operational workflows.
• Support strategic corporate initiatives, including fundraising and due diligence processes.
• Coordinate with external counsel for specialized legal support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience, ideally split between a reputable law firm and an in-house role at a high-growth tech startup.
• Extensive experience negotiating SaaS, enterprise, and commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and EU data privacy regulations.
• Proven expertise in handling intellectual property matters and ownership issues.
• Strong commercial judgment with a pragmatic, risk-based approach to business growth.
• Must be based in London.

• Experience with fundraising transactions and general corporate governance.
