What you will do

• Act as the primary legal point of contact for Sales and RevOps, owning the end-to-end deal flow.
• Lead the drafting and negotiation of the full suite of commercial agreements, including Order Forms, Terms, and NDAs.
• Manage vendor agreements in coordination with the Procurement Manager, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Operate as the primary user of Ironclad to optimize and maintain the contracting workflow.
• Handle high-volume renewals, amendments, and non-standard terms to keep deals moving at pace.
• Support adjacent legal areas, including Company Secretarial, policy work, and corporate support.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years PQE.
• English or New York qualified lawyer.
• Must be based in London or New York.
• Deep expertise in commercial and vendor contracting.
• Ability to maintain high quality and accuracy under significant volume and time pressure.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take a proportionate view of commercial risk.
